I purchased the Hawkeye Spas Ambassador model hot tub yesterday. My 7 year old son and I have sat in 20 different brands of hot tubs in stores all over north carolina. We were very impressed with the performance, warranty, and value the hawkeye brand offered. It will be installed at my home in a few weeks. I don’t actually have the hot tub yet, but after shopping around so much, and finally being satisfied, I figured I would write a Hawkeye spa review now then some more Hawkeye Spas reviews later once we’ve owned the spa for a few weeks. Over all I have been very pleased with my Hawkeye Spa. The Customer service Dept is very good and they always pick up the phone when I call for questions. My only complaint is that I had a front access panel trim issue that wasn’t covered under warranty but I should be able to fix it with some adhesive.

The heater in my tub went bad, and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. I’ve only had my Hawkeye Spa for 5 years, and it seams to me like a heater should last longer than that. When it went bad I called, and I was expecting to get a new one for free under warranty, but instead they made me pay $132.67 + shipping to get the new part. Apparently their warranty only covers heaters for 3 years. The heater is the main element in the HOT tub, and it should last longer. This is why Hawkeye Spas gets a bad review from me.

The Hawkeye Spas are over the top . The set up was easy. I called the help desk to ask a question which was totally taken care of . I love showing my spa off. My friends and family are ready to purchase one. I recommend to everyone to buy a hawkeye spas . Thank you.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Eclipse spa for 6 months. Purchased it at a show in Kingsport, TN. It was great to find a smaller spa to fit our space that also offered the features usually found only on larger units. Delivery was quick. Cover was damaged, but a replacement was quickly provided. Upkeep is minimal. The ozonator helps minimize chemical usage. Thanks for a good product.

I’ve had several Hawkeye Spas. The first one I had for some 8 years before I updated it with a new Hawkeye. I sold the old and first Hawkeye I had to a friend of mine. The Hawkeye continues to look good and is still working good after 13 years of running 24/7.
By the way, I love my new Hawkeye.

We attended a Boston Home Show and discovered the Eclipse model. We were not in the market yet for a hot tub, but the sleek compact design of the Eclipse with all of the features of a larger tub made us think twice. The salesman, Jesse, was so informative and helpful in making our decision to buy one. We also liked that we do not have to use chlorine. Last night was our first time using it and we love it!

2004 is when we purchsed our Eclipse. Only minor problems over the years, use the Hot tub three or four times a week. The old story,if you take care of a good product it will last a long time. We really enjoy our Eclipse and look forward to many more years, when it wears out, we\’ll get another one from Hawkeye. Good Quality.

I love my Hawkeye spa. I’m trying to get the initial chemical balance right now and calling spamasters too to help with some non working jets. I’m pretty sure it’s something simple but I need direction because I don’t want to damage anything by accident. Thanks for directing me to Tom at Spamasters Too to help with the moving of the spa. He took over the business from Mark and seems very knowledgable.

Love our hot tub. It’s great when friends come over, too. Our teenaged son loves to get in it after he runs several miles for the cross country team at school. The company is also a pleasure to work with. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s nice when they offer discounts on the hot tub supplies.
