Is there any way to remove my previous post? I just put the new heater and barrel in my tub and the tech support department at Hawkeye was more than accommodating. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were with me on the phone on and off for over an hour, and they walked me through step by step on how to make the repair. My judgement on Hawkeye was premature and ill merited. Although the part was only covered for 3 years, the tech support is for life. Thank you Matt from Hawkeye tech support for helping me out big time!

Just wanted to check back. I fixed the panel just fine with some industrial grade adhesive the customer service guy recommended to me. I got it from Home Depot. Looks great now. Spa is still running great too.

Thanks for the post. I am looking at a Hawkeye Spa similar to the ambassador and was wondering about the dream collar. I also have tense shoulders and it's good to hear that it works. Thanks again for sharing your opinion. I plan on staying tuned to this blog for a while to hear what others have to say.
