When they finally got to my house 2 weeks later than they said, the delivery crew was very good. I was expecting to have to get my husband to move it around a bit to get it right between the deck and the house, but they took care of it all the way.
What I was really impressed with was that they plugged the electricity up for me. I had no idea how to do this and my husband was out of town at the time so I was going to hire an electrician. It was really nice of them. (I could tell that they really weren’t supposed to be doing it for me) I didnt even have to ask, I just mentioned that I was calling an electrician later that day. They were very nice. It’s funny how a little kindness can go a long way and make the whole process worth while. I was pretty upset about getting the tub late, but overall the deal came through and I have had no problems since.
