Great spa, thanks for the coupon. We like to hang out in our Hawkeye Spa all the time. It’s nice in the winter time especially. We also like to to have people (friends and neighbors) over to use the spa. We have lots of friends and it is nice to see them all together. We like to use the spa at night adn when it’s snowing the most!

So far so good. Great deal and we enjoy it a lot. It looks great in the backyard setting. We had some initial pump/elec. problems, but they were solved through customer service and our electrician. Customer Service was very patient and helpful with resolving our dilemna. The quality of this product is excellent.

We obtained a Hawkeye spa with a home purchase without knowledge of the care and maintenance required. The Hawkeye spa staff has been very helpful answering our maintenance questions and guiding us with necessary supplies and chemical treatments. It is sometimes difficult to reach a “real” person when calling the business number and challenging to find an owner’s manual for our “older” model.

Andy in customer service is very helpful. We have had a white mold problem and he has given us instructions on how to get rid of it which we will try this weekend and report back. Hopefully it will work and we will be able to use the spa again worry free. Either way we will be back in touch next week.

We love our Hawkeye spa and the ease of taking care of it. The ordering of our monthly chemicals has been very easy and everyone on the phone has been helpful. Our questions have always been answered with patience and accuracy, since this is our first Hawkeye spa purchase. It will not be our last!! A very positive experience.

I just want to say what a good job Nathan Holbrook did for me on my recent issue with my hot tub. I had a light lens crack and needed and new one. My tub is about 8 years old so it took him sometime to find the right light assembly to worked. I just want to make sure the Hawkeye knows what a fine job he did for one of your older customers. We recently replaced our hot tub cover. They had the cover in stock and we had it replaced in no time. I also had some questions
about a valve that was “popping Out”. They provided and possible fix that I could perform. If that did not work they were ready and able to replace
the assembly. I have had their hot tub for 6 years. It is nice to know that Hawkeye is a company that supports their product long after the initial
sale. efficient and cooperative staff. They really wanted to be sure that all our needs were met.

Within a year of receiving my spa I had a very bad water leak that was from a poor connection. I was very concerned that
damage may have occurred to the heater or pump…. Your maintenance folks explained the safeguards and made the repairs, I have had no other issues.
I was a little concerned that I was going to be charged a travel fee, but that charged was removed. Before and since I have been very pleased with
the product, the cost to run the spa is very reasonable and the comfort features are great, very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

We bought our first Hot Tub from Hawkeye 16yrs ago.Used it 2-3 times a wk/the few times it needed to be serviced Hawkeye was always there for us. Just purchased our 2nd Hot Tub fr them. It’s AWESOME!!! Foot Massage,Dual neck & shoulder massages. It takes away every ache & pain & is a great stress release! From the day we bought it thru delivery and set up Hawkeye’s staff has been there for us. Hawkeye service & Hot Tubs are the
BEST!

and went above and beyond his job description to assist and make a customer
happy. For this reason, I would not hesitate to recommend and continue
dealing with this company. We love our spa and the people who we have dealt
