Have thoroughly enjoyed our spa for over a year now.
The Millennium model has met our specific needs.
Our main issue maintaining the water has been due to using untreated well water.
Living in a rural location has made it difficult to follow up with proper water sample evaluation.
We have recommended this spa to several of our friends.

We attended a Boston Home Show and discovered the Eclipse model. We were not in the market yet for a hot tub, but the sleek compact design of the Eclipse with all of the features of a larger tub made us think twice. The salesman, Jesse, was so informative and helpful in making our decision to buy one. We also liked that we do not have to use chlorine. Last night was our first time using it and we love it!

2004 is when we purchsed our Eclipse. Only minor problems over the years, use the Hot tub three or four times a week. The old story,if you take care of a good product it will last a long time. We really enjoy our Eclipse and look forward to many more years, when it wears out, we\’ll get another one from Hawkeye. Good Quality.

I love my Hawkeye spa. I’m trying to get the initial chemical balance right now and calling spamasters too to help with some non working jets. I’m pretty sure it’s something simple but I need direction because I don’t want to damage anything by accident. Thanks for directing me to Tom at Spamasters Too to help with the moving of the spa. He took over the business from Mark and seems very knowledgable.

Love our hot tub. It’s great when friends come over, too. Our teenaged son loves to get in it after he runs several miles for the cross country team at school. The company is also a pleasure to work with. The employees are friendly and helpful. It’s nice when they offer discounts on the hot tub supplies.

We only recently obtained our spa but know it will be a daily part of my life. the size we have, the eclipse is just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. STill in the process of getting to know how to manage the spa of getting the temperature correct and the water quality with the chemicals

So far so good. Great deal and we enjoy it a lot. It looks great in the backyard setting. We had some initial pump/elec. problems, but they were solved through customer service and our electrician. Customer Service was very patient and helpful with resolving our dilemna. The quality of this product is excellent.

We love our spa. We purchased it at a show in 2010 and when it arrived we thought it was way too big for us. Once we started using
it we realized how nice it was to have the room to move around. We have had it for a year now and are fixing to hook it up for the winter. We use it for
fun and therapy all in one.

Very nice spa. I use it everyday and love it totally. Often my girls come over and we just sit in it and talk about everything. Great to be able to sit in it during fall and winter. Wonderful experience to look up at the stars during a clear night.

I was going to move to the south for the winter, but now i love the winters,in the snow and the cold in upstate NY. It is the best time of the year to be in Hawkeye tub. My wife and I spend quialty time catching up on the doings of the day while we relax. The best investment we ever made. this is our 3rd season and looking forward to many more.
